Soon, Goa’s Catholics may have to book their spot to attend Mass

After having live streamed the Masses for past two months during the lockdown, the Carmelite Monastery in Margao is considering online registration for Masses to control the number of faithful that attend each service.

Besides these measures, the clergy is also gearing up to celebrate more Masses in each parish during the week and especially on Sundays.

Daily Masses, too, could be celebrated with the Sunday liturgy, if the Church permits, to ensure that thousands don’t turn up on Sunday.
